breakfast:
a cup of warm water mix with honey and apple cipher vinegar
2 eggs for breakfast
snack before lunch:
a cup of fruits
lunch:
a bowl of salad with protein (any but my fav are chicken drummets)
dinner:
a small bowl of overnight oats
throughout the day:
3 cups of hot green tea
15 almonds
6 glass of water infused with lemon and ginger
I try to eat rice once a week, usually every Sunday. Thats the only time I consume carbs. I have stopped eating bread and biscuits. I have also unwillingly forced myself to stop drinking coffee and milo (the later one was not easy).
So here I am, after 1 month of keeping with the diet. I have not however, gone full force on the working-out part. Yikes. This, I have a huge problem with. This, might need a little bit more work.
