Weekend Chef

Thats me. I'm the chef for the family for Sundays.

I can't really say I have a burning passion for cooking, but I think I quite like it. I feel comfortable in the kitchen. Like you're given this space to you and you can do (cook) anything you like. Be creative.

I like trying new recipes. I've even come up with recipes on my own and thats the fun part. When you're mixing and combining raw materials/ingredients and it turns into something else thats edible.

But I have also failed in many occasions, of course. Burned the fish, over cooked the prawns, dish was too bland and worse, dish end up looking like a dump of mess. 

These are a few menus that I would like to try:
  1. Nasi dagang
  2. Laksa Kelantan
  3. Duck Rice
  4. Dumpling / Gyoza
  5. Nasi Kerabu

Hopefully, in the future, I'll be able to cook more dishes, for my family. Different cuisines, perhaps?
