my arthritis is nothing too serius.
the doc said..i was born wif it..seems like its form my mom's genes.
and its in it's early stage..so i could still prevent it from getting worse.
must exercise a lot! he suggested swimming, cycling n yoga!
yeah..i think i'll do just that.
and i went to the clinic to check on the lump i have.
she says its nothing serius..and its not cancer. but its big tho!
sis yana once had it..and she removed it last year.
the doc suggested the same to me.
it will be a small operation...but i'm still very nerveous.
she said its better to do it in kl since there are many female docs who is qualified to do the operation.
so...i'll be going to purrajaya hospital next week to get a 2nd opinion!
